Cozy cottage with lake access, just 25 miles from Acadia National Park

Aspell Cottage can sleep up to 10 adults and 2 additional children on cots. 6 Guests are included in our base cost. Additional guests cost $15 per night.

Rooms

Garden Room – This room features a queen-sized bed.
Lighthouse Room – This room features two twin beds and a side door to the garden. (An additional twin trundle bed can be set up in this room if needed.)
Nautical Room – This room features a queen-sized bed.
Duck Room – This basement room features a queen-sized bed.
Back Porch – There is a full-sized futon in this fully enclosed porch with sliding glass door to the backyard.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

Laundry – Washer and Dryer can be found in the basement, along with laundry detergent.

Entertainment
- There are two TVs - one in the living room and one on the back porch. You may bring a FireStick to attach for your stay. There is no cable or service, but there is a DVD player in the living room and plenty of DVDs.
- There is Wifi available.
- There are two shelves on the side porch filled with books and board games for you to enjoy during your stay.

Pets – Pets are allowed at Aspell Cottage with special request and a cleaning fee. Please reach out to us if you would like to bring a pet.

Green Lake
Green Lake is a short walk from Aspell Cottage (500ft). We enjoy beach and water rights at Sunset Lodge. Upon leaving the house from the back door find the marked trail that will lead you to the lake. You can also go out the front door and take the dirt road to your left down to the lake. Once you reach the lake you will find the beach and swimming area to your left.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Sunset Lodge and Cabins are private property. While we have access to the beach through the grass, please steer clear of the lodge and cabins.

We are just 40 minutes from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. We can give you plenty of recommendations on things to do in this area.
