Large groups will have plenty of room to spread out thanks to the five spacious bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces located throughout the home. All five bedrooms are equipped with luxurious bedding and large Smart TVs to give guests the most comfortable stay possible.
Bedroom 1 located upstairs features a comfy king-sized bed, a walk-in closet. This room also has a private ensuite bathroom.
Bedrooms 2 features a comfy queen-sized bed
Bedroom 3 is the largest room in the home and features two queen-sized beds
Bedroom 4 furnished with two single-sized bed
Bedroom 5 has two bunk beds and an XBOX ONE with a large UHD flat screen.
If you have additional guests, we can provide two air mattresses as well. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the correct amount of bedding for your group.

No need to wait around for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious property has three full bathrooms, each of which is outfitted with plush towels, hairdryers, and top-notch toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.
Bathroom 1 is located off the first bedroom and features dual vanities and a large walk-in shower.
Bathroom 2 sits off the main living area and also has direct access to the pool area. This bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo and a long vanity and mirror.
Bathroom 3 is situated between bedrooms 3 and 4 and has a large tiled walk-in shower.

The modern kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group. This spacious custom granite countertops features new appliances, tons of counter space, and all the cooking basics you’ll need to make delicious meals and tasty cocktails. This is a pet-friendly property. The fee per pet is $50.00 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.
Please note that heating the pool incurs a fee of $50 per night and must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.
We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.
The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10:00 p.m - No parties or events allowed.
No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Please note that there are 3 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property. They are used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests and property.
Please be advised that our landscaper and/or pool technician will be entering the property for scheduled lawn maintenance every 15 days and pool maintenance 2x a week.
House rules
1. No parties or events allowed in property. Unauthorized parties will be immediately terminated and will be fined up to $500 for breaking rules. Your reservation may be terminated early with no refunds.
*** Pool Hours: 9:00 am - 10:00 PM - After that time we please ask to be inside in order to respect neighbors privacy.
2. Do not use bath towels to remove makeup or clean floors. Excessive damage of towels will be charged a fee.
3. No fee for BBQ.
