The Bryn Mawr train station is only 2 walking blocks away. It will get you to downtown Philadelphia in 20 mins and the airport in 45 mins.

Walking distance to over a dozen restaurants with lots of variety, bars, movie theatre, Starbucks and other coffee shops, retail and food stores, and a very large library.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

This is an attractive and very comfortable apartment in a great location on the Main Line. It's convenient to local colleges, restaurants, and shops, and an easy trip to center city Philadelphia. Long Weekend in Bryn Mawr

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Bryn Mawr. The area is lovely, and the property is very convenient to public transportation into Philly. We enjoyed several restaurants within walking distance during our stay. The property is very well equipped and for the two us, very spacious. The host was very responsive to our questions. The convenience of the train stop meant that light sleepers might hear the train and train whistle.

Charming, comfortable, with excellent location

Super charming house apartment in downtown Bryn Mawr. We are thrilled to have found this place. Loved walking down to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We also cooked dinner and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. Very nice, charming, comfortable place. We will be back!

all that you need about convenience, cleanliness and quietness

It's very easy to find the place. We stayed 10 days there and already felt home. The parking lot is an extra, even you can park on the street. And it's easy and fun to communicate with Dave.

This was our second time at this property and I’m sure won’t be the last! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Check in was a breeze! Dave is wonderful to work with! The location is great! Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Even the drive into the city isn’t too far. Five stars from us!

Great Place!

This second floor apartment was great for our few day stay in Bryn Mawr. There was plenty of room for four people. We had everything we needed for making meals. I have stayed at several other properties owned by David and he's a wonderful host who thinks of all the right touches to make your stay a pleasant one (plenty of cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, and mugs, Roku TV connection, nose cancellation machines in bedrooms, plenty of towels, blankets, etc). This apartment is very clean and well taken care of.It's on the second floor accessed by a full flight of stairs.

Exactly What We Needed

Dave was a fantastic host. Provided all the information needed in a timely manner. Responded quickly during the stay. We loved the patio!! This was the best part of the apartment. The good weather certainly helped. The Bryn Mawr area was great, lots within walking distance. Very close to Villanova University. Loved that there was a driveway for parking. Note for those that have large vehicles, it is a bit of a tight squeeze to get back to the parking spot. With our daughter attending Villanova, we would definately stay here again.
