- Outdoor Heated Pool: The pool is open from 10 am to 10 pm next to the main entrance, although it is typically closed in May and October–November for maintenance.
- Hot Tub, Sauna, and Fitness Room: These facilities are on the B-level and are accessible using a keycard from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Open year-round.
- Public Laundry Room: Coin-operated laundry facilities are also on the B-level for guests who don't have in-room washers and dryers.

Please note: beginning December 2026, parking at Shadow Ridge is $20/night, paid directly at the front desk during check-in.
