*Sofa bed is the small twin grey for the 5th person*

*there can be protest near this location since its next to the governors mansion, it can get a bit noisy*

The apartment welcomes up to 7 guests and is situated inside the amazing Old San Juan in Puerto Rico with a just a few steps away from the popular Fortaleza and San Sebastian Street.

THE APARTMENT:
This open concept penthouse apartment has a one of kind layout. You will fall in love with its rooftop and sleep comfortably in one of the 2 bedrooms with Queen-sized and (2) sofa beds.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with 1 king-sized bed, respectively and 3 other sofa beds across the main living room. Everyone will feel comfortable with the space and fresh sheets. There is also plenty of closets and and drawers to arrange your luggage.

THE KITCHEN:

The PH has a spacious, bright and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, blender and coffee maker. You can open the doors to allow the breeze in while enjoying a home cooked meal.

GETTING AROUND

We strongly recommend having your own vehicle as there are a multitude of activities within a 30-minute drive which you will not want to miss out on. La Fortaleza Apt does not have parking. We recommend leaving your car in ​private parking. You can also use Uber to get around San Juan.

Check-in time is at 4:00pm
Check-out time is at 11:00am
Max. occupancy of 7 guests.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess.
