This fully-equipped unit provides all the comforts of home, including spacious bedrooms with cozy bedding and ample storage. Robinwood is situated at the 10 mile-marker, nestled amidst the stunning natural scenery of the lake. However, it's also conveniently located just a few minutes away from the bustling Bagnell Dam strip, where you can indulge in a wide range of activities, including dining, shopping, golfing, and watersports.

With a quick boat ride, you can easily access popular spots like Shady Gators, Camden on the Lake, and the beautiful sandy beach of Frankie & Louie's. Our complex offers a range of impressive amenities, including a lakefront swimming pool, hot tub, and fishing docks.


|THE PROPERTY|

The expansive living area is adorned with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that offer uninterrupted views of the water. This area also features a sofa sleeper that can comfortably accommodate two guests.

A few steps away, you'll discover the stunning master bedroom, which boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the lake. It also features a sliding glass door that opens onto the balcony, making sipping coffee in bed a luxurious experience. With a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom, it's the perfect escape.

The second bedroom provides sleeping arrangements for up to four guests with a twin over queen bunk bed and a twin trundle bed. Additionally, guests can enjoy their favorite shows on the TV equipped with Roku. It's the perfect spot to relax and recharge.

The fully equipped kitchen and gas grill ensure that cooking is an easy-going experience. Additionally, guests can enjoy the convenience of complimentary bed linens, bath towels, paper towel rolls, garbage bags, toilet paper, and various soaps, including shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent. For longer stays, a washer and dryer are also available for use.

-Parking is limited to a 2 vehicle max.
-Please be advised that there is a ring doorbell on the front door. This is the only area with a camera.
-Quiet hours: 10pm-9am
-No Events or Parties including bachelorette/bachelor.
-No smoking inside or outside on the patio
-No pets allowed.
-Check-in time: 4pm
-Check-out: 11 am.
-Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
-Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed
-List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
-Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.
-Guest responsible for any damages they cause
-Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
-Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
