The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to whip up your favorite meals, while the adjoining living room invites you to settle in with cozy seating and views of the marina.Also on the main level is the Primary Bedroom, complete with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV—perfect for movie nights. Just off the living space, step onto the private upper deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while soaking in harbor views.Lower Level:Head downstairs to find two additional bedrooms—each with a queen-size bed—plus a full bathroom and a spacious walk-out rec room, ideal for games, lounging, or extra hangout space.
