We're centrally located in Syracuse and just a few steps away you'll have your pick of wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, parks, groceries and all that CNY has to offer.

A 20 minute walk or 10 minute run to the University, depending on your excitement level!! (1 mile)

Guests will have access to the entire home, though I will be available via the VRBO app, phone, text, and email if you need anything at all.

The home has a dedicated driveway for 2- 3 cars & additional free street parking.

Great location cute decor

The place is as advertised. The owner was responsive and helpful. Lots of amenities if you left anything behind. Walkable to Syracuse U.

Great stay for parents weekend!

We had a great time staying here! It was an added bonus to be able to bring our pup with us and take advantage of the fully fenced yard. We were a bit disappointed to discover the gas fireplace that was in the picture of the backyard wasn’t there. I also would’ve appreciated having communication and all information the day before instead of having to ask for it. I also feel like a handbook of sorts to introduce the property, have information for the property like the WiFi infor, plus some information on things in the neighborhood to take advantage of (I.e., restaurants , breakfast places, coffee shops, iconic Syracuse places, art/culture to observe, etc.) would’ve been nice. The driveway was a rough one but on street parking was no issue. Overall we really liked the house and it was super convenient to Le Moyne College.

Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately, the fireplace basically disintegrated over winter and we did not get to replace with the same kind. VRBO is newer to us, so we are doing our best to balance the two platforms and haven't automated things as well as we should. We will get on that! I have been working on a booklet this past month and hope to have it completed soon with exactly the items you're mentioning. Again, thanks for the feedback we're happy you enjoyed your stay overall and will strive to do better in the future!
