Master with king bed and twin bed and separate large beautiful bathroom with shower and soaking tub and 2 walk in closets. Split bedroom design with two other bedrooms with a bath in the hall. One with Queen and other with a queen and a twin.
LARGE lanai with screen enclosure. Pool and spa along with outdoor Dining table, chaise and outdoor sofa. Gas grill. Large outdoor Connect 4 game.
4 Beach chairs,2 umbrellas, coolers, beach bag, beach wagon for your trip to the beach. Pool noodles, sand toys and 2 small toddler life jackets. Cool cabana for the beach too!
Beach towels and all linens and towels provided.
Coffee bar stocked with sugar and truvia packets, mini creamers and several kcups.
Publix and Aldis are nearby for your shopping needs, as well as many restaurants.

Simple and easy check in and check out process.
Pool heater is additional fee ... $200/week. Pool heater will heat pool to 15 degrees above the outside temp. Pool heater will not work during cold weather extremes under 60 degrees outside

House rules…
No parties. Quiet time starts at 11pm. All visitors must leave by 11pm. Absolutely 💯 no smoking on the property.

This is a strictly NO PET property.
Service dogs are welcome.
If you are traveling with a service dog ADA regulations and the terms of service provide that the service dog can NEVER be left alone in the unit without the hosts consent. Service animals may not be left alone at this property.
Kindly let us know if you have a service animal so the cleaners can be given advance notice for extra cleaning time

Other things to note
NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY

I do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash/soap, as the little bottles are not environmentally friendly.
I do provide trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent and hand soaps in each bathroom.

Pool and spa have alarms available for you to use that go off if anything enters the pool, as a safety measure. You must put the alarms in place upon arrival if needed and remove and de activate the alarm prior to use and place back in place after use for the alarm to work.
The alarm sounds both outside and inside the house. There are added hotel type chain locks at the top of each French door that leads to the lanai pool area for additional safety.

No refunds will be given for power or internet issues that are beyond the control of the owners, nor loss of use of any amenities due any mechanical issues beyond the control of the owner. Any outages will be handled as quickly and efficiently as possible.

There are 2 locked closets inside the house. One is near the front door and the other is one of the very large master bedroom closets.
No pets are allowed with guests. This does not mean this is an animal /allergen free home and due to ADA rules we do accept service animals. Bringing a pet with you will result in the immediate cancelation of your stay with no refunds.
