This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is exactly where you want to stay on your upcoming trip in the captivating Dubai Marina, beautifully furnished in neutral tones, the apartment features a spacious living and dining area which is the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your daily meals at home which you can enjoy at the elegant dining table set for three. The bedroom has a luxurious large bed fitted with Key View's signature linen which is so cosy and soft you may find yourself laying in a little longer than usual. In the bathroom, you will find Key Views fluffy towels and hotel-grade amenities which will leave you smelling great all day.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however, additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours' notice upon request. It is a self-contained apartment, and we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided. There is high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

The Dubai Marina is One of Dubai’s most exclusive neighborhoods. This beautiful man-made marvel opened in 2003. The Dubai Marina runs along 3km of the most picturesque and pristine sands that face the Arabian Gulf. As you walk or cycle down the Dubai Marina, the evening lights will mesmerize you, as you settle down at one of the many amazing restaurants or a drink at a cosmopolitan canal-side coffee bar.

The Dubai Marina Walk has plenty to do with a beautiful beachfront paved walkway with over 300 outlets and more than 70 restaurants to keep you entertained and active.

Lining the main waterway are broad boulevards ideal for a scenic walk or invigorating jog. Make a loop along the coast, past the Dubai marina spotting superyachts berthed at Dubai’s International Marine Club

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
