Our smart door entry system uses a passcode that will be provided to you prior to your arrival, upon your online check in. This will allow you to easily enter the apartment without the need for a physical key or coordinating with a host.
Up on filling the online self-check-in form and sending all guests passport copies that allows us to register your stay with the Dubai Tourism system, we will send you the access code to apartment which is going to be generated only for you and will be valid during your stay. The building security will be informed by the Community Management to allow your first time access to the building without access card.
In addition, we offer a simple and convenient online documents submission process for your self-check-in. This means that you can complete all the necessary check-in formalities online and submit them electronically, so you won't have to worry about any paperwork upon arrival.
To access the building and to swimming poool area, you will be provided with an access card that you can find at the apartment. We will also notify the building security in advance of your arrival to ensure a smooth entry into the building.
