In the bedroom the comfortable double bed welcomes you with Key View's signature linen which is so cosy and soft, you may end up laying in a little longer in the mornings. The bathroom features Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities to leave you smelling great all day. Whilst waking up and getting ready for the day you can step onto your spacious balcony with city views and get some fresh air to start your morning.
This property does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is self contained, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the property with average speeds of 250mbps.

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the property to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your property
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)
The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
