Die Marina Pinacate, Einheit 220 ist eine sehr komfortable Wohnung im zweiten Stock mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad in der Nähe des Zentrums von allem. In der Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und verschiedene andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dieses Resort befindet sich in der Nähe des beliebtesten Nachtlebens von Puerto Peñasco entlang der Calle 13. Das Condo-Resort "Marina Pinacate" befindet sich direkt am Meer an der Mündung des Yachthafens am wunderschönen Meer von Cortez. Dieser Resortkomplex liegt nicht nur direkt am Meer, sondern auch über dem Meer. Die Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang ist offensichtlich in der ursprünglichen Entwicklung geplant. Diese Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr funktionale Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die für Ihre Gruppe nie verlassen müssen, (außer vielleicht, um die frischen lokal geernteten Meeresfrüchte und Garnelen zu kaufen) ... Sowohl in der Küchenbar mit drei hohen Barhockern als auch am Esstisch ist viel Platz, um Ihre Lieblingsgerichte zuzubereiten und Sitzgelegenheiten zu finden. Die Küche hat weiße Schränke mit weißen Fliesen. Die Küche verfügt über eine eingebaute Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Herd, einen Backofen und einen Kühlschrank. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Mixer. Die Küchenschränke, die Speisekammer und die Schubladen sind mit allem ausgestattet, was zum Kochen und Unterhalten benötigt wird.

Das Master-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem dunklen Holzbogen Kopfteil. Es gibt passende Nachttische mit lokalem Thema und eine große Kommode für Ihre Kleidung. Es gibt ein großes Fenster, das Sie öffnen können, um beim Rauschen der Wellen einzuschlafen. Das Hauptbad verfügt über ein eingebautes Waschbecken und einen Waschtisch mit viel Beleuchtung und Stauraum. Es gibt eine Dusche mit Glastür und immer genügend frische saubere Handtücher.
Der Balkon hat einen spektakulären Blick auf den schönen begrünten Innenhof, zwei Pools und das Meer von Cortez. Ein großartiger Ort, um sich bei einer Erkältung zu entspannen, während die Sonne über der Baja untergeht.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, auf dem Sie ein zusätzliches Paar für Ihren mexikanischen Strandurlaub mitnehmen können. Dies ist eine sehr komfortable Umgebung.

Wonderful time

Perfect location. Right next to the beach and walkable distance from having breakfast, lunch or dinner. And of course, taxis were nearby if needed. The property itself was clean and well taken care of, as well as friend staff.

It’s centrally located and you can walk to bars/food & beach. Condo was clean, cozy & quiet! Staff all around very observant and always cleaning. Will definitely return.

The property was good except for the shower rod fall off a couple of time looks a little worn needs replacement besides that everything else was good!! We will return!

Location was great but they need to do better with than a let out couch.

Super great location. The only bad thing was the let out couch. So, they said two queens beds that’s a lie. The bed in the room was really a full size bed. It’s no way 4 people can sleep in those beds especially the let out couch. We only got one key instead of two. Was glad they had Wi-Fi. Be ware the let out couch was super hard and unstable and I was only one person. I fell in and needed help getting out.

Picking up key is inconvenient. Being charged $10 for wristband should be included. Not a front water view as picture shows. Refrigerator drips water in freezer. More washcloths, more tp, no pens or paper, no sal or pepper, tv only 2 channels. Will book with FMI next time.

Casago check in and management were totally clueless when it came to the property we booked.

Keys to entrance doors did not work and had to wait until we called and someone was sent to open the condo. No cleaning services: Bathroom bathtub was backed up on 1st use. Laundry machines were not working.

Overall mostly good

The building is excellent. This particular condo needs some general upkeep and maint. The vertical blind is STILL missing slats and needs major maint. I noticed this was noted in a prior comment a long time ago, as well as the in-room safe being unusable due to being locked. The TV should have user instructions. These short-comings were reported to Casago - again. Ice bag in freezer slowly melted.

Nice location

The checking in process was not clear to me. I didn't know I had to go to a different location to check in. That would have been good to know. Parking was tight especially with a truck. The condo was very nice with great air conditioning. We felt comfortable and safe. The grounds were beautiful with a lovely pool. The workers there were all very nice, friendly and helpful. The walk to the beach was a little more challenging than we expected. We planned on taking our shade with us but that was going to be too difficult. The beach closest to us had venders and shade to rent for the day however the music that was played all day gave me a headache.

Disappointing

Casa go Mgt. Agency told us upon check-in that someone would be around daily to dump trash, make the bed and change towels. Someone came around on 2 days and dumped the trash in the kitchen only. When we called Cosaga about this, they said they would take care of it, they didn’t. Safe in the bedroom was locked and unusable. Shower water pressure was terrible, barely enough to rinse the soap off. Cold water shower tap would only turn 1/4. Bedroom blinds are damaged, does not keep out light. Soap/shampoo dispenser empty.

Condo needs to be updated.... Bathroom is a hazard, shower curtain fell twice on me. Bath tub very hard to get in/out. The tub is very slippery! Not for older people. Bathroom vanity lighting terrible. Bedroom blinds missing verticles & broken, curtain see thru...could not get dressed in bedroom as window faced walkway. Light shined thru curtain from outside. Chipped tile. Noise from AC rattling vent. Husband was told not to park in certain area with his truck as other trucks were told also im assuming...NO signs posted. It wasnt busy! Pigeons another problem around the pool. (Feathers in pool, drinking the water) Not all loungers had cushions.

First time to Puerto Penasco

The location and condo were perfect. Nice pool, but no direct beach access from this property. We were walkable to several great restaurants - Max's for breakfast and Fire Pit for dinner. Also had a light lunch of coconut shrimp at Pancho's in the Old Harbor and fish market area. Front is a fish market, but we had a table out back on a small outdoor patio. The Mariachi singers serenaded us. All the locals were friendly and helpful.
