Step inside and you will be greeted by the beauty of an oversized open living area with towering vaulted ceilings adorned with solid wood beams and pine wood paneling over the living, dining and kitchen area. The spaciousness of this grand room allows for endless possibilities including hosting lavish gatherings, cozy evenings by the floor to ceiling rock wood burning fireplace, or a night of fun and games on the pool table or shuffleboard table, each moment experienced in the grand living room will be cherished. The cozy U shaped couch or either of the sitting chairs is the perfect place to snuggle up and watch the big game or your favorite movie on the colossal Smart TV. Revel in the abundance of windows in the grand living room that offer a gorgeous floor to ceiling view of the lake and an ample amount of natural light creating the perfect backdrop for your mountain retreat.

Beautiful hardwood floors flow through the designated kitchen and dining area. The gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you could need to create a masterpiece meal for your group, and with ample counter space on the granite countertops for hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Enjoy the stainless steel top of the line Jenn-Air appliances which includes a double wall oven, refrigerator with door ice/water dispenser and a Vinotemp wine fridge as well as an air fryer, Keurig Coffee Maker and toaster. Just off of the kitchen is the solid wood dining table with 8 leather dining chairs and a beautiful crystal rod iron chandelier to create the ideal atmosphere for a dinner full of story telling about your lake adventures.

Enjoy access to the upper outdoor deck through 2 sets of sliding glass doors in the great room where you can enjoy grilling up delicious food on the Weber propane BBQ or lounge on the outdoor furniture as you watch the boats pass by and catch some rays from the sun. Or sip your morning coffee on the outdoor dining table as you watch the sunrise in the early morning, the upper level deck is the ideal peaceful and convenient spot to soak in all the lakefront vibes.

This magnificent lodge boasts five thoughtfully delegated bedrooms, each a retreat of comfort and style. Located just off of the living area and a few steps down are 2 very private bedrooms that share a considerably sized bathroom with a jacuzzi soaking tub, large walk-in glass enclosed shower and a double sink vanity, the perfect spot to get ready for a night out! The first bedroom in this wing of the house offers a King Size Bed, where you can drift off at night or stay up and watch your favorite show on the  Roku Smart TV. Also provided is a ceiling fan to keep cool on summer nights and your own walk in closet to store your belongings during your stay. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and Roku Smart TV, perfect for kiddos to escape to have their own movie night!

As you make your way downstairs in Lakeview Lodge you will find 3 more bedrooms, all with access to the lower level deck where the hot tub is located!  The Master Bedroom downstairs is a sanctuary for any couple where they can escape to a peaceful night in their King Size Bed.  Drift off to sleep while watching the latest blockbuster movie on your Roku Smart TV and take in the lake views from your bed through the sliding glass doors to the lower deck. Enjoy a private bathroom that is beautifully done with a jacuzzi soaking tub with an embellished log wall backdrop, a walk in shower and a double sink vanity.

Bedroom 4 is a kids ideal escape, with a solo Queen bed plus a Twin over Full bunk bed, there is plenty of room for all the kids. The snowboard theme will have everyone dreaming of the slopes and excited for the next day's adventure. Watch the latest snowboard movie on the Roku Smart TV, and enjoy the lake view through the glass sliding doors.

Bedroom 5 gives off a whimsical escape vibe for anyone in your group, with a Queen Size Bed, and trendy corner lounge chair as well as your own Roku Smart TV. This bedroom is an excellent escape for couples and singles alike.

The outdoor space at Lakeview Lodge is a paramount feature of this lakefront property. The sprawling decks invite you to bask in the sunlight, take in the mountain & lake air, and enjoy the private outdoor space, but as you make your way off of the decks you will find your own private beach yard with adirondack chairs and plenty of space to play a friendly game of cornhole or badminton!  A private dock is available for you to enjoy all the water adventures including kayaking, SUP boarding, or cast a line for a chance to reel in the catch of the day!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
