This beautiful ONE bedroom north facing unit has a great ocean view, as well as a wonderful sunset view of the Granada bridge. This newly renovated and well-stocked condo offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
Unfortunately, none of our amenities are open at this time. Should this change, we will notify incoming guests. Please know, this is out of our control and we are offering the condos at a very budget friendly price due to the lack of amenities!
This condo offers modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning/Heating for ultimate comfort. The two balconies provide ample space to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding area.
The large kitchen is perfect for those who enjoy cooking and entertaining, with plenty of counter space and modern appliances. The living room provides a cozy and comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring or enjoying the beach.
The bedroom features two queen beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The large bathroom includes double sinks and a standing shower for added convenience.

The condo is accessed through a self-check-in process with a keypad. Ensure a smooth stay by noting that free parking is available to our guests in an overflow lot to the South of the resort. A parking pass is required to be placed in your car upon arrival and returned to the condo upon departure, to avoid a fee.
The Daytona Beach Resort offers a range of amenities, including a gym, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, outdoor pools, pool deck, Tiki Bar and Restaurant are all closed. These are closed due to damages from hurricanes Ian and Nicole from 2022. There is still beach access available via the north side of the complex.
As private owners in the resort, we regret to inform you that the front desk is unavailable for any assistance you may require during your stay. However, please rest assured to contact me and I am available and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have. Feel free to contact me.
On the day of your check-in, you will receive a check-in message containing all the instructions necessary for your stay. Please note One parking pass is issued and can be found in the condo and must be returned to the condo upon your departure.
If you are planning to stay for more than 2 days, kindly remember to bring your own toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and other personal care items. Additionally, please note that you will be responsible for providing extra toilet paper and trash bags, as we only supply a small starter pack to get our guests started.
Due to the garage closure, we have arranged an overflow parking lot to the South of the resort for guest parking. It is mandatory for guests to place the parking pass in their car and return it to the condo when departing.
We regret to inform you that our resort has experienced extensive damage to our sea wall and unfortunately, none of our amenities are open at this time. Also there will be construction on and off during 2024. Should this change, we will notify incoming guests. Please know, this is out of our control and we are offering the condos at a very budget friendly price due to the lack of amenities!
