The first floor showcases the living room with custom furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, and luxe powder room. The second floor is dedicated to the primary suite, featuring a king-sized bed, a lavish full bathroom with shower, a walk-in closet, a balcony, and a dedicated laundry room with a frontload washer & dryer. The third floor houses a dedicated workspace and a guest bedroom fitted with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub, a walk-in closet, and its own balcony. But what truly sets this property apart is the rooftop terrace. Equipped with a high-top dining table for 4, an outdoor kitchen with ice maker, refrigerator, fire pit, seating & large flat screen tv. *Be aware of the staircase, taking you to each level. If stairs pose any difficulties for you or your guests, feel free to reach out & make sure this space is safe & comfortable for you.
Guest Access
Along with full access to the home, guests will be provided two dedicated parking spots on the street, inclusive of a Tesla Car Charger. Self-check-in is made convenient with a door code, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
