* Bar & Lounge:*Mix drinks at the bar and lounge with your legendary traveling companions. The pool table also includes a tabletop for board games or a friendly round of Texas Hold 'Em.

Living, Dining & Cooking
A modern, lively space to gather. Relax on the plush leather couch by the indoor fireplace, or pick up the acoustic guitar for an impromptu serenade. The fully stocked kitchen features:
* Coffee Bar: A duo coffee maker (10-cup carafe or single-serve), pour-over carafe, gooseneck kettle, and complimentary coffee and tea.
* Modern Appliances: A refrigerator with a double ice maker and an oven with a built-in air fryer.

Restful Bedrooms
Each bedroom is a private retreat with a TV, full-length mirror, and luggage racks.
* Main Level Primary: Features a luxurious adjustable split-king bed with massage, an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, and a dedicated workspace.
* Upstairs Bedrooms: Three additional rooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, including another adjustable split-king with massage, a room with two adjustable queen beds with massage, and a room with two traditional queen beds. Workspaces are also available.

Guest Access

You will have wide-open access to the entire house and its amenities. Please note there are 2 steps to the front door and only 1 step to the back door. The hall closet is currently reserved for owner storage.

Our prime location puts the best of Austin at your fingertips. You are just a short drive from the University of Texas, the downtown entertainment district, Zilker Park (home of ACL Festival), and Q2 Stadium. For golf enthusiasts, you'll find 5 public golf courses within a 15-minute drive.

House Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for you and our neighbors, we ask that you observe the following rules:
* Disruptive gatherings, community nuisances, and parties or receptions are strictly prohibited.
* Behavior that threatens safety or disturbs the community, including excessive noise, is not allowed.
* Smoking inside the home is prohibited. Please be mindful of neighbors if smoking outside.
* Please do not litter or obstruct a neighbor’s access to their home.
* Violation of these rules may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

Important Information

We require a signed Renter's Agreement for each stay. Austin is such a fun city, so please take advantage and enjoy the town!
