Entire studio apartment/in law suite to yourself with private entrance.

1 queen Murphy bed that you can lift if you desire to use the space to exercise with (provided) free weights/yoga mats.

1 queen “hide-a-bed” that pulls out from couch with memory foam mattress. (Spare linens in closet).

This is the ground floor unit or “in law apartment” of a 2 unit property in a quite community. There are shared walls, shared driveway so you may occasionally encounter/ hear other occupants. HVAC is separate, so you can customize the temperature to your liking! You also have your own private outdoor patio area that you can enjoy undisturbed.

Stacked laundry with laundry basket, iron, ironing board. Large closet with hangers provided.
