Dieser sehr große 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad-Einheit schön mit alles, was man so braucht ausgestattet. Kleine Haustiere sind in Ordnung. PRIVATE Parken auf dem Gelände. Fünfzig Meter zum Restaurant ''S RIB WAL "popular Gekennzeichnet auf DINERS, DIVES UND DRIVE-INS. Es gibt einen Pool für die Wohnung Gäste AT EINEM ANDEREN MOTEL SITE 5 Blocks entfernt. ..

We had a great time. The condo is very clean, has a stocked kitchen and is in a great location.
Outstanding visit to Deerfield Beach
Bottom line up front: We had a great time- Dave and Heidi were friendly and responsive and easy to work with, the property is in great shape and exactly as billed, the location is interesting and convenient to the beach, and we can't wait to go back again.
As other have commented- the place is very well maintained. There is a modern kitchen with most everything you'd need, a full size washer/dryer, two bedrooms (both with TVs), a nice sitting area (another TV) and an eating area. Oh, and a double LazyBoy recliner, which is really nice after a long day. Two full bathrooms. A private parking spot (this is key) makes it possible to abandon your car and make the five minute walk to the beach while the rest of the world is trying to find parking. The condo is on the 2nd floor right on the main drag through town, and it certainly did get loud on Friday and Saturday nights until about 2AM but not obtrusively so with the windows shut and A/C on. Other nights were much quieter. If you are a light sleeper you might want a sound machine or earplugs for those two nights. There is significant construction going on immediately behind the condo- a major expansion is in progress. There was surprisingly little work being done the week we were there, so noise was not an issue but it would be worth checking on the status of the project with Dave-- I could see it being a noise issue if things were really going full speed there.
People mentioned the beds- the 2nd bedroom has a very soft mattress, but again not an issue for us (translation: the kids slept great after a day at the beach!). We were there with our two kids- and again the location is great because it's walking distance to the beach and even the 4 year old had no troubles making the walk.
The extra touches were nice- laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper provided makes it so you don't have to buy tons of supplies. Shopping was easy at Publix a mile away. Plenty of great food opportunities in walking distance- Whale's Rib was excellent. There is good ice cream to be had close by, and if you want a dinner worth making a trip for, head to Charm City Burgers (a short drive and very crowded, but so worth it). Being able to eat in a few times helped save cost and was very convenient. If you are there with kids- we did a few side trips to a great child's water park (Quiet Waters Splash Park- $5 and awesome) and Butterfly World (expensive, but cool if you've never been
Thanks for taking time to write such a comprehensive review. The construction will expand this building from 3 units to 26 with a rooftop pool. There are days when it can get a bit noisy with lots of commotion going on but it doesn't last multiple days, not on weekends, and the apartments as you noted are pretting soundproof. The construction will continue till late fall 2016

I wanted to take some time and THANK YOU for making our stay so smooth. I was in town with family form CO, for my sister's wedding. The apt was more comfortable than a hotel room. The square footage and layout was even better. Don't let the pictures fool you, this is a VERY big ROOMY apt. Steps to the beach and nice bars!! I would recommend this spot to anyone and would LOVE to rent it again!! (5 star service)

Wow this apartment is beautiful & the location is perfect at Deerfield Beach.
Wow this place is beautiful, new, very clean with travertine tile throughout, 9-10 foot ceilings, granite countertops, upgraded cabinets, large fully equipped kitchen, & spacious great-room ... overlooking the shops on A1A in Deerfield Beach. We spent a week in July and had a terrific time with our daughters & son-in-laws in several restaurants, shops, bars, and especially the beach. Plenty of nightlife !
Dave and Heidi are so pleasant and easy to work with. I give 5 stars for Dave & Heidi,
5 for the apartment, and another 5 for the location. We'll be back !

Words really cannot describe how perfect this condo is! Location, location, location! This condo is an absolute gem. I almost did not want to write a review in fear it will get booked out from under us when we come back (which we will). Nothing is more fun than people watching from your balcony at night, but the moment you step inside and close the door, all the outdoor noise goes away as well. I saw that in other reviews the beds were listed as uncomfortable, I would have to disagree. I am used to a King size super soft mattress at home, but was easily able to sleep just fine in the condo. Place was stocked well with all the little extras, even laundry soap! Property managers were so easy to work with as far as check in and check out. Typically the saying "you get what you pay for" is true, but not in this case. You get way more than what you pay for! I manage an overnight rental company where I live, so when I say I am beyond picky, I am beyond picky...... and I could not find anything wrong. Looking forward to returning hopefully in September.
condo at the beach
a good location .a bit noisy ,but that didnt bother us. at nite when we were sleeping it was quiet. only drawback for us were the beds very unconfortable.; for such an upscale place it needs to be furnished better.very nice owner and general manager always willing to help make your stay pleasant. thanks dave and george was a pleasure too meet you.

Wenn Sie außerhalb der Wohnung Schritt sind Sie buchstäblich nur einen Block zum Strand, der Pier zum Angeln, mehr als ein Dutzend Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Spaß Nachtleben. Privatparkplätze am Hotel können Sie einen schnellen Zugriff auf Ihr Auto zu den nahe gelegenen Boca Raton, Ft Lauderdale und Miami zu besuchen. Die Everglades, Schildkrötenfarmen und viele viele andere Attraktionen sind alle innerhalb einer 1/2 Stunde Fahrt. Home 100 von Golfplätzen und Bootfahren in der Intra Wasserweg oder den Ozean. Tagesausflüge zu den Bahamas von Port Everglades oder West Palm Beach. Leicht zu und von drei großen Flughäfen zu bekommen von in FLL, MIA und WPB zu wählen. Für die Fahrer, sind wir nur 3 mi zum Ausgang Hillsboro auf I-95. Unsere Lage ist für South Florida Besuche von zentraler Bedeutung.
