✅ Dogs must be at least one year old, house-trained, and crated when left alone. Fee is $100 per pet per stay. Max of 2 dogs.
✅ We do not offer cable but rather internet for streaming.
✅ A signed rental agreement and $250 security deposit hold on your credit card are required. The hold is placed 2 days before check-in and released 3 days after check-out. The security deposit will not be used for normal wear and tear but rather for significant and preventable damage to the property. You will receive information about the rental agreement, security deposit, and optional travel insurance via email and platform messaging after booking.
