You'll be in awe of the generous space that awaits you at Hangout Haven - from the sprawling yard to the frontage on Lake Anna, complete with a private covered dock and dining area. This is a place to spend your days kayaking and paddleboarding, fishing for largemouth bass, and relaxing afterward with friends and family right at the water's edge.

This two-story home sits on a lakefront piece of property, with an expansive grassy area separating the house from the lake itself. When you're not using the provided kayaks, paddleboard, fishing gear, and lawn games, you'll find the surrounding area full of local wineries and cider breweries.

When the weather's warm, you'll likely spend every moment outdoors - having breakfast on the back deck, setting sail from the dock, and sipping cold drinks in the dock's outdoor lounge space. Play tag with your kids in the grass, light the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue, and gather around the firepit at sunset for s'mores and a few ghost stories.

The interior has been updated from top to bottom, from the flooring and fixtures to the renovated eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It's a natural space for gathering, whether you're streaming movies in the living room or retreating downstairs to play foosball, arcade games, or movies on a second smart TV. All three bedrooms are paired with full bathrooms, including a primary bedroom with a renovated en suite and doors that open to the deck. Central AC, a laundry room, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Things to Know
Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.

Dock details: Private boat dock and guests are welcome to tie up their boats, please bring your own ropes. The boat lift is not for guest use.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
