Head upstairs to the sun-filled main living area, where soaring vaulted ceilings and original exposed beams create a bright, airy atmosphere. The cozy seating area is perfect for unwinding or enjoying your favorite shows on the Smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen features counter seating for four, ideal for casual meals or morning coffee. Step out onto the front porch to soak in the neighborhood charm as your day begins.
Just beyond the office/second living space, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. The first bedroom features a beautiful king-size poster bed, an original decorative fireplace, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and its own ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, plus access to a private back porch with seating for two, perfect for a quiet moment outdoors.
For your convenience, one reserved off-street parking space is provided at the rear of the property, making arrivals and departures easy. Please note that only one vehicle is permitted.
