Optional pool heat is typically requested between Oct - Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. Pool heat is $100/day with a 2-day minimum. We require 2 days notice from check-in if wanting to add this for your stay.

SECURITY:

There is a video camera at the front door (which records 30 sec.), 2 above the driveway and garage facing the front of the house, 1 overhead by the casita facing the backyard, and 1 by the gate/pool equipment area. There are no indoor cameras.

There are also noise decibel monitors located on the back patio and in the dining room. They do not record audio, but tracks how loud the general environment is.


ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:


-Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.

-Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
-If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.

-All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
