The Space:
•4 Bedrooms: Three king bedrooms and one with a full bed and twin bed, accommodating up to 9 guests in beds.

•Additional Sleeping Options: Includes an air mattress (stored in the closet) and a living room couch, offering flexible accommodations for up to 12 guests total.

•Private Backyard: Relax in the hot tub, dine outdoors at the picnic table, or unwind in the peaceful backyard.

•Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook with ease using modern appliances, cookware, and utensils.

Other Things to Note:
•Pets: Pets are allowed for a fee. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring your pet. Pets not disclosed will be subject to additional fees and potential cancellation.

•Hot Tub: The hot tub is located in the private backyard. Please note that due to its outdoor setting, some leaves or debris from nature may occasionally fall into it. We do maintenance regularly and remove all debris after each stay, but some may appear between cleanings.

•Parking: Parking is available on the premises, but guests must be aware that parking is at their own risk. The property owner is not responsible for any damage or incidents that may occur during your stay.

•Trash: Please place all trash in the bins near the garage before checkout.

•Event Hosting: Any gatherings or events with 15 or more guests must be approved by the host in advance. A fee may apply depending on the size and nature of the event.

•Respect the Home: Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat the space with respect, leaving it in good condition for future guests.
