The condo is an 8-10 min walk to the Florida State University campus and sports complexes (no need to pay for expensive parking) , very close to the shops, eateries & night life in College Town. The condo is also very close to the Donald Tucker Civic Center (concerts & graduation) , down town Tallahassee & the State Capital buildings.

** The person making the reservation must stay at the condo the entire length of the booking.

This spacious & secure 2nd floor, 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo is nestled in a gated community. For the security and peace of mind of our guests, we use a Smart lock which provides a different and unique access code for each and every guest that is only active for the duration of their stay with us. The community has two swimming pools & a beach volleyball court.

The condo was recently renovated from top to bottom. The professionally cleaned residence provides you with all the comforts of home. Wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee from the coffee bar and enjoy it out on the private second story balcony. Coffee, regular or Decaf, and a variety of Tea’s can be found at the coffee bar that is located adjacent to the dining area. Need fast internet for work? With 800mbps you won’t miss an email or a Zoom call while your family enjoys a movie on the 55” Smart TV that includes Disney + & Hulu. You can also simply take a break and curl up on the couch with a good book.

The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your basic cooking needs so if you want to fry or bake, we’ve got a pan for you.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed & the 2nd bedroom has a Queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have a private en-suite and there are Walk in Closets in both bedrooms making this condo perfect for short or for a longer stay. Each bedroom is equipped with a 40” Smart TV for catching your favorite show before falling asleep. Upon request, the guests will have access to an oversized Queen air mattress for additional sleeping space (we will need this requested prior to your arrival).

If you are looking for some activity, you have access to two swimming pools and a beach volleyball court during your stay. Get out and burn some energy or just soak up some of the Florida sun and fun!!

On a side note, We have a very quiet permanent resident that lives in the first floor condo that is directly below the condo you will be staying in. The first floor condo and the second floor Condo have separate entrances and they are completely secure residences from one another as well. You will have the entire second floor condo to yourself (1100 sq ft).

The majority of the residents living in the condo community are permanent residents that range from retirees, young families, young professionals & a approximately 50% of the residents in our community are college students due to the close proximity to both Florida State University & FAMU campuses. Periodically you may hear external events going on (mainly outside of our community) late into the evening/night. These external events are normally only on home football game weekends & Holiday weekends. These external events are normally not an issue for our guests as our community is normally very quiet but from time to time these events will last past 10 or 11pm. For that reason, we have added small sound machines in each bedroom to help with canceling any external noise. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns.

The Guests for this listing will have access to the entire residence on the second floor, (approximately 1100 sq ft). The guests will have 2 dedicated free parking space located in the driveway at the front of the residence (2) 19x10 spaces that are side by side.
*** Should the guest’s vehicle exceed the size capacity of the parking space mentioned above, the community provides an additional 20+ guest’s parking spaces, 6 of the guest parking spaces are directly next to the residence -most of these 6 spaces are very close to the front door, approximately 50 feet or so from the front door. These guest parking spaces are first come, first serve and require a parking pass that we will provide. The guest must pre-pay for the parking pass ($25 each). Once the guests booking has expired and our cleaning service has confirmed that the parking pass has been returned, we will refund the $25 per park pass fee. Therefore, all parking is free.

The second floor Guests will enter the property through the front door located on the right-hand side of the garage doors. *** The full-time residents enter their residence via their front door on the backside of the building. Therefore, Each residence has a different & secure entry point minimizing/eliminating any potential interaction.

The guests for this second floor listing will gain access via a Smart lock by entering a unique security code that will be active for the duration of your booking. For the safety and security of our guests, each guests code is different. We will provide your unique code via messenger in the VRBO app on the day each guest checks in, usually around 12:00 (normal check in time is 4:00pm).
Other things to note :
In order to access the property (2nd floor) , all guests will need to be able to climb 15 stairs that has a sturdy handrail to assist. ** Any guests with younger children / toddlers should be advised that there is not a door or a gate at the top of the stairs. The parents will be responsible for observing their children at all times in the residence. No playing on or near the stairs please.
