The updated interior has everything you need for carefree comfort, including a well-equipped full kitchen and new leather recliners in the living area. Smart TVs in the living room and each of the upstairs bedrooms offer added flexibility for streaming shows and movies. Home entertainment awaits in the downstairs game room featuring a Pool table and a TV lounge. There's also access to a ground-floor patio which includes a chiminea for evening outdoor gatherings.

Linville Land Harbor Golf Club is less than two miles away and Grandfather Mountain State Park is only a five-mile drive from the home. For more outdoor adventure, explore the scenic splendors of the Linville Gorge, including Linville Falls and the Linville Caverns. Families with children can visit several nearby attractions including the Tweetsie Railroad, Mystery Hill, and the Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster. During your travels be sure to stop at one of the many local wineries to pick up a take-home bottle. The charming town of Banner Elk has plenty of fantastic food and drink options to discover. Winter stay guests will also appreciate the convenience of being just 10 miles from Sugar Mountain and less than 20 miles from Beech Mountain.
