Charming little house with bedroom and full private bath with your own entrance, microwave and refrigerator. In a lovely neighborhood walking distance to Back Bay kayaking & stand up paddling, nightlife and restaurants. Just minutes to the beach!
The space
The casita is was just remodeled a year ago and is bright and clean. It's in our backyard which you can access without going through the main house so you can come and go as you please without feeling self-conscious. It has a TV that can be plugged into your computer or kindle and has wifi. The bed can easily be configured as 2 twins or 1 king and has super comfy mattresses.
Guest access
The casita is self-contained with a fridge, microwave and full bath. But there is no kitchen facility in there. We have fabulous new patio couches and a patio dining table that you are also welcome to use. If you have a friendly dog, he/she can join our dog in the backyard during the day. (we just ask that you clean up after the dog).
