The space
The Peters Factory Apartments boast a large common area. Enjoy a game of pool or chess. Watch your favorite sports or cable in the lounge area. The fitness area is open from 8 am to 10 pm for your use. Want to enjoy some time outdoors? Sit and Relax on the shared Patio area. Located along the Little Miami River and Loveland Bike Trail.
The apartment sleeps up to 6 with one King and one Queen Bed and one Queen Air Mattress. Cook your meals in the stocked kitchen. Don't feel like cooking this stay? Be sure to try the Cartridge Brewery located on site. Need to work this trip? This unit has a dedicated work space with printer.

This is a great place!

First, this is the coolest property I have ever stayed at. It is literally and old factory and the industrial esthetic is still alive and well. The apartment itself was very clean, safe, and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

Great place we would definitely stay again. Only complaint would be if you plan on using the air mattress it is located in a closet (office) which would be difficult to use for adults but great if you have children with you. There is plenty of space for the mattress in the living room.

Outstanding Historic Repurposing

We saw this abandoned old historic ammunition factory location years ago, and had noticed the redevelopment into residential units and a brewery. So when we saw an opportunity to stay there we couldn't resist. This apartment is outstanding, and considering the brewery and the trail beside the river we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was amazing!! Very clean! Very comfortable! Very Unique!!! Location is great!! And the restaurant on site is delicious!! Melissa, the host, was great as well!! Property was amazing!

This property was impeccably cleaned and hands down, one of the coolest places we have ever stayed in. It was better than described! The location is incredible. You are close to everything but in your own community at the unit. The onsite brewery was fantastic! Beds were clean, linens provided, kitchen was well supplied and a washer and dryer is in the unit. The communication with the property manager was immediate. We had a blast at Kings Island and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone! Thank you!!

Cool old industrial building plus a brewery!

We had visited the brewery several years ago and immediately became intrigued with the property. Our 2nd visit got us wondering what the residences looked like. So we jumped at the chance to stay here. Great apartment! Very clean, well furnished. Checkin and out very easy. Good communications with property managers. Plus...a brewery right across the parking lot. Loved staying here and will return!!

Nice stay

This is a nice unit in a good location. However, there were too many rules, including the cleaning requests when the cleaning fee is almost the same as the nightly rate. Don’t charge a high cleaning fee then ask me to clean up as well.

Sorry you feel that way But when you pay a great house keeper to do an amazing job, you can’t take her pay away! What if that was your job? I instead was kind enough to reduce my fee! I can see that wasn’t appreciated, again I’m sorry you had those thoughts, but if you went in and it was dirty you would have commented on that as well, some people are just hard to make happy!

Short stay get away

We were in the area just for the night with friends. The apartment has some cool history and we loved the way it was restored but yet a lot of the character of the original building was still there. We were disappointed in the brewery food across the parking lot, so next time we visit we will eat elsewhere for sure. Loved all the natural lighting and the views from them. Very clean and nicely decorated, down to an original photo of the old inside of the factory. We would certainly come back there again!

Nice Looking Place

The apartment had a mostly full kitchen, though hard to clean dishes with a broken dishwasher and no scrubber for manually doing it. The place had 2 beds that were fairly comfortable, a TV, and some board games, but air quality was poor. Both myself and my partner had sore throats after staying.

So sorry you didn’t find the scrubbers under the sink that we provide and also kitchen linens in the drawer, we have also used the dishwasher multiple times after your stay with no issues at all and no complaints at all from any other guests! We have had so many guest rave over our bedding and ask for links to purchase the exact bedding, right down to the sheets we use! I’m sorry it wasn’t the right fit for you! You mentioned having sore throats, I hope you wasn’t feeling bad, that would explain being uncomfortable! I hope you are great now. Next time in an air bnb Communicate with the host if you have an issue! We take care of any issues right away! No one knows you’re having an issue if you don’t say anything to them.

10/10 recommend!

Family of 3 in the area for a visit to The Great Wolf Lodge. Easy process. Great communication with host. There were very thoughtful touches like noise makers in each sleeping area and a box fan in the master bedroom! The beds were comfy memory foam, extra pillows available in the laundry room. The thermostat adjusted beautifully and was comfortably warm for chilly March temps. The property was beautiful and incredibly interesting with a rich history that was cool to learn about. The on-site brewery had something for everyone. This is by far my favorite VRBO property so far. I’m telling everyone I know to check it out if they find themselves in the Cincy area. Bravo!
