John was easy to work with and the location was great - close to everything. Lighting needed attention, particularly in the kitchen area. The on location host (Tanji) was very helpful . She offered to store our luggage during the day we transferred to a smaller unit for the second part of our stay after family left. The upstairs bedroom is very nice but generally the unit could use some updating and basic decorating - for example, adding wall art and other decor to make it more attractive and comfortable (hooks for towels, etc). We enjoyed having a new grill. I recommend the unit for its great access to the beach and pool area. Cowpet West is very close to Redhook and the ferry to St. John.

The drive from the airport was terrifying and arriving at the townhouse was great. The views were beautiful and the access to the beach was terrific. We spent our first day there and it was the perfect start to our vacation. Sangria's right near was a great bonus!

Quiet resort and lots of fun!

We enjoyed our stay on St. Thomas and liked the location close to Red Hook for restaurants and shops. Hardly anyone was at the resort so we pretty much had the beach and pool to ourselves. Plenty of space in the condo to stretch out. We would stay again!

Great CLEAN beach and pool.

We stayed for 6 nights in late June early July. We had a good experience. Plenty of beach and pool towels and some pool and beach toys like snorkels and masks. Everything was pretty clean and stayed cool when staying in for the night with the A/C on. The rental vehicle helped a lot to get around on the island and ran well and was very clean. Overall a great place to stay, would go back for sure.

Better than a hotel for our trip

A group of co-workers came to St. Thomas to meet with clients in the area. Renting a condo was a better option than a hotel because we could have meals there and there were plenty of meeting spaces.

Upon arriving saw a cockroach. Couldn’t use back bedroom for three nights due to leaky ceiling. Had a hard time with entry door. Tough to open. Constant power outage.

Thanks for leaving a review Rhonda. Just to let you know, cockroaches exist in the Caribbean however we have constant pest control, so although you may spot them, if the cross our threshold, unfortunately, they die. We've investigated the leak in the ceiling. The drip was due to a blocked drain, which has now been unblocked. I wouldn't have imagined it would have prevented you using the room, nonetheless, it's resolved. Our handyman took a look at the door. He couldn't find an issue buy gave it some WD40 to make sure it isn't difficult in the future. Although power outages in the Caribbean are common, we are lucky to have a generator on property that turns the power back on within 30 seconds. Hope to have you back soon.

Property great, actually 40 steps to the beach and pool. Pool is fabulous, beach id quaint and perfect. Ate at the Caribbean Seafood restaurant, twice. Delicious, great service. Plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes. Plenty of everything. Host, answered my text within minutes. Perfect trip!

Location! Location! Location!I cannot get over how convenient and beautiful this place is. Providing a beautiful view of the pool And beach. Not to mention all the amenities inside the condo and the surrounding area. From necessary basics such as updated functioning appliances down to some thoughtful details like extra sun screen, aloe vera gel tha the cleaning staf made sure to leave out for us, even a pack and play for little ones. To the wonderful activities right outside like the pool, beach, water sports like jet ski rental and some restaurants all within steps from the door. This place is very well maintained and convenient. If you're planning a trip to the island I would absolutely recommend this place because you dont need to go far to have a great time and the owner and property manager are very responsive and pleasant to communicate with.

Our family enjoyed the stay at Joes place. The water pressure was great and enjoyed showering in the indoor outdoor shower. Easy access to the beach. The rooms stayed cool. The beds were very comfortable. We would recommend staying here.

Great view!

Our stay was great! The home was comfortable and perfect for what we needed plus it had a great view. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the balcony and it was so peaceful.

The pool area was dirty- cat poop on the edge of the pool in multiple places on multiple days. There was no direct access to the pool from our building - we had to walk through muddy grass and around the outside of the pool to get to the gate. The water/ ocean was dirty black water making the beach infront of the condo unusable. Multiple things didn’t work or were broken in the condo- but it didn’t disrupt our stay.

Hi Larissa. I’m glad you had a pleasant stay despite your issues. The ‘poop’ is actually Iguana’s and the hotel cleans it up as often as possible. I’m unsure what you mean about the sea water being black. Perhaps you meant seaweed? It comes in occasionally, but the beach is used by thousands of people every year. We’re very proud of how clean it is and how beautiful the water is to swim in. As for things being broken, it would be great if you could let us know if you break/or something is broken. We don’t charge for accidents and it’s great to be able to replace things before the next guest arrives if that’s the case. Feel free to communicate throughout the stay rather than saving it for a review. It’s much more helpful for us and the following guests.
