Our cottage sleeps 16 people in this amazing 5 Star property. Our Main home has two bedrooms (one with king bed and the other with queen) and two full baths... all the warmth and charm you could ever imagine. The main house also has a queen size sleeping loft for the monkey in your life. (ladder access only), The guest house has three bedrooms and one bath. Bedroom #1 and #2 have queen beds. Bedroom # 3, called the hotel room, has two full-size beds. Perfect for two people who don't mind the same bedroom - but don't want to stay in the same bed. The large open and covered deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The beach is perfect for everything you and your family do at the lake, and then...you light your family's fire in one of the best fire pits on the lake...looking at the Bluff. The main house has it's own movie theater/guest cabin - which is part of the Super Compound as of Summer 2024! This new out building features central air, a California king size bed/day bed for movie watching, a 70" Smart TV, and a day bed/couch which can serve as another sleeping area for the right guests. Private and perfect, spacious and luxurious compound for your family. We do not accept pets, however on a case to case basis please feel free to negotiate with us if your dog is really awesome Talk to us about our dog friendly policy.

Great location on lake

Great house overall. The place does allow people to spread out, but bathrooms are limited. Lake front area is very nice, boat dock is OK. Owners were very responsive to an issue with the water in the house and had it fixed in hours. The house is a little damp, but that may have been due to current weather. The outside living area is nice. Overall a great stay, not a fancy place but good for a large family.

David, the rainy weather can affect the dampness in the house, but the a/c and/or heat generally takes care of that. Fancy, we're not. Comfortable and cozy cottages is more like it! Three bathrooms - all with showers. Again, not fancy..but functioning. We appreciate your feedback..

Mid-Summer Extended Family Vacation

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. The host was very accessible and attentive to our needs in a timely manner. We enjoyed the layout of the two properties, plenty of space for our family of 13 to have their own space. The two hot tubs were well used. The air conditioning was a plus during a very humid week! Aspects of the homes could use a deep cleaning and kitchen organization, but overall a very functional and tasteful space for a large family. As avid boaters and partakers of all kinds of lake activities, the beach area could use some attention, with the docks in need of upgrading and extending beyond shallow water, in addition to upgrading the aesthetics of the beach area. Also as an aside, I would not recommend the beach area for those who are physically infirm as the many steps to the beach may be an issue.

Rebecca, I wish you had told me that there were areas that needed additional cleaning. I would have immediately sent in our cleaners to remedy the situation. Our cleaning crew works hard for the 4 hours allotted between guests, and with up to 15 people on the property each summer week...and some guests not treating our property as well as your group...could they have missed something? I know their bathroom and kitchen cleanings are superior, but also think that it's possible they might have missed some of the kitchen organization work. We all strive to provide the very best in cleanliness and organization, and are very sorry that any part of our homes were not perfect. The beach also gets reorganized and cleaned between each group. Not certain what more we need to do there. We are waiting for our dock company to get to us - but during our busy summer season...we can't do anything. No guests want construction going on during their stay - so waiting until fall or next spring is our only choice. A four star review is a disappointment, but we will continue to work to earn our 5 star reviews.

Our family has owned these cottages on Keuka Lake since the late 90's. Our son reimagined and re-built the interior and exterior of the cottages to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere - perfect for large families to vacation. Recently added in a separate building a Theater/Bunkhouse (no bathroom facilities) for additional private space to enjoy movies or sports or to just find that quiet spot to chill. Two hot tubs on the property allow for any large group to enjoy the beauty of the lake

The west side of Keuka Lake is convenient to Rochester, only 3 minutes to the little town of Branchport that has 2 convenient stores, a library, a gas station and a hardware store. Just a 15 minute drive to larger grocery store in Penn Yan and lots of restaurants and shops. Lakeside restaurants just minutes from the cottages. Location is perfect.

I think our side by side cottages - along with our newly added Theater Room - and two hot tubs make this one of the most unique properties on the lake. The two cottages provide the "separate but together space" that families vacationing together seem to crave. We can accommodate up to 15 people - making this property a perfect fit for multi-generational families to relax and enjoy the beauty of the lake and surrounding area. Wineries, breweries and distilleries are all just minutes away.
