Please make yourself at home! You'll have access to the private third unit, spanning the third and fourth floors of this beautiful rowhome.

The home’s main entrance and the unit's entrance have a keypad entry system which will allow you to navigate the city without the worry of misplacing a key. All entry codes are altered after checkout, providing guests with safety and security.

Very Convenient to DC

Property worked well for our family of five. The grandsons liked playing in the game room. The metro is very close by. You can leave your vehicle at the rear of the property and take the metro in downtown DC. The neighborhood was very safe.

Great property

Great stay for family although you have to watch the stairs with a toddler. Small kitchen if you like to cook, but so many options we didn’t cook much this time. Easy access to all of the NW area!

Great Hosts

Our first trip to DC with 3 children. 2 children over the age of 10 one child under the age of one, and the apartment was perfect to meet all of our needs. My older two children were thrilled to be upstairs on their own level, especially with the game room. While my mother and I stay downstairs with the newborn, there was more than enough room. The team was beyond accommodating, and allowed us to have a late check out while my husband was graduating. Communication was great, the place was very clean and location was centrally located for easy transportation. If you do not want to rent a car. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Amazing Stay

I normally stay at the Pendry Hotel but they were sold out. When I saw this listing it had the same style master bed and decor as the Pendry. Plus I had two other colleagues with me and needed 3 beds. This place was perfect and actually had 4 beds. The hosts were awesome. Went up and beyond what was required. Walking distance to a ton of food and places to grab a cocktail. Can’t wait to stay again.
