Peaceful guesthouse located just 1 mile from the AMP

Enjoy staying on our peaceful 3 acre property, yet only minutes from the Promenade Mall and AMP. Quick access to I-49 will take you quickly to all of the area attractions including the U of A, Crystal Bridges, Bentonville's bike trails, or Walmart headquarters.
While you are home enjoy the peaceful setting and relax in our 2 bedroom 1 bath guesthouse. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and incredibly comfortable Helix King mattress. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the living room a sleeper sofa with pull out queen bed to sleep up to 6 people total. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need including microwave, frig, stove, crockpot, coffee pot, toaster, etc. There is also a full size washer and dryer.
We live on the property and are onsite to insure your next stay is everything you want it to be.We would love the opportunity to host your next stay here in NWA.

One night for a concert

Stayed for one night to see a show at the AMP. Its a close drive to the amp. Considering the house is so close to town its cozy and country feel. Clean and more privet then i expected for a guest house. Adorable, clean and stunning windows for an open country view.

This was the prettiest, most peaceful place to stay. It was so quiet, clean and stocked with everything you need. Great location close to everything. Beds were very comfortable . I wish the bedroom had blinds or darker curtains because it was very bright as soon as the sun came up . Also there weren’t any window coverings in the main room, so felt a little exposed even though it’s a beautiful view.

Our expectations were exceeded.The beauty, solitude and privacy were exceptional.
