SEASIDE villa can accommodate up to 10 people and is spread over 2 floors. Villa has 5 luxuriously equipped BEDROOMS with ensuite bathrooms, an additional toilet, a living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and on the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms two of them with a balcony overlooking the picturesque blue water. All rooms are air conditioned.

On the ground floor there is a SUNNY living room overlooking the SEA with two sofas, an armchair, two coffee tables and a TV. Next to the living room there is also a DINING area with a dining table for 10 people. A modern KITCHEN with a bar and 3 bar stools will be an ideal place for cooking and preparing meals for your family and friends.

From the living room you directly come to a beautiful TERRACE equipped with an alfresco dining table for a 10 people. Just few meters below, there is a beautiful a heated swimming POOL with OPEN SEA VIEW. Next to the pool there are 10 deckchairs for relaxing and enjoying beautiful SUNSETS.

From the upper floor you can reach another terrace, and there is a covered area with Dalmatian BARBEQUE and comfortable outside furniture where you can enjoy an afternoon while preparing quality and delicious food accompanied by the sounds of the sea and crickets.

Additional equipment includes a washing machine, dryer, and iron. If children are coming with you on vacation, you can use a baby chair and a baby cot. The villa is completely fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces.

The BEACH itself is only a FEW STEPS and meters away, as it is located right below the villa.
