Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse is conveniently located in a residential neighborhood a few blocks from the Johns Hopkins Hospital. It is minutes away from the bustle of downtown Baltimore. You can walk or bike into Inner Harbor, Patterson Park, Fells Point, or Harbor East. Easy access to I-83 and I-95 highways, tremendous walkability, and proximity to schools, shopping, parks, and more! All you need is a short walk, drive, or bike ride away: Metro, Whole Foods, and fine dining in downtown Baltimore, as well as many fast food or delivery options. Also, it is a stone's throw away from historic parks and landmarks.

The main level of the townhouse features a gourmet kitchen, a dining room, and a spacious living room with an abundance of windows to allow for natural light. Enjoy prepping meals in the large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a stylish countertop, and a breakfast bar for convenient additional seating.

Venture to the back of the house to find a parking pad that fits two cars parked side by side. This way, you can conveniently park on the premises and don't have to find a parking spot on the street.

The upper level features a laundry room with a washer and dryer for ultimate convenience and two large bedrooms with sizable closets. One of the bedrooms has an en suite full bathroom.
