*** Classic Mid-century gem designed by William Krisel and Dan Palmer in 1957 bought by Gene Autry in 1959. Built as a hotel, The Ocotillo was converted to condos in the 90's.

This unit is on 2nd floor up 1 flight of stairs. There is no elevator.

One of the largest pools in Palm Springs, (in the shape of a large Champagne cork) and 2 Hot tubs/spas, Workout/Gym area & 2

Pool tables in common area next to lounge area. Adjacent to the pool is a barbecue area with charcoal grills. Also there are pay laundry facilities at the complex.



The Neighborhood:

Twin Palms is home to incredible mid century architecture so walking, biking and driving around makes for awesome exploring. Ocotillo Lodge is walking distance from Koffi, Ace Hotel and Bar, Mr. Lyons, numerous bars, restaurants and nightclubs.



Getting Around:

Parking is free, on property, and close to the unit. The Buzz trolley picks up every 15 minutes (Thursday-Sunday 11 AM-1 AM) and it's FREE! Only available thru June 31, 2018. The city bus picks up just across the street. Minutes from downtown and steps from the FREE Buzz trolley line, you can be anywhere in Palm Springs without ever having to get in your car.

**REQUIRED TO BOOK: Rental Agreement and ID Verification. Minimum age to book 25 years**

• Responsible party booking reservation must be 25 years or older.

•This space is perfect for up to 2 adults and 2 kids. The city of Palm Springs limits the number of overnight adult guests to 2.

•Your room tax of 11.5% has been included in your booking rate as a "community fee"

•Bookings over 28 days are not subject to city tax and therefore the tax charged will be applied towards weekly/biweekly cleanings.

•An additional weekly or bi-weekly cleaning will be added for stays over 10 days. A discounted cleaning rate of $99 per cleaning will be added per week/bi-weekly and cleanings will be arranged weekly/bi-weekly to accommodate guests schedules.

•Hand Towels and Towels with stains will be charged a replacement fee of $25 per towel and billed through the Resolution Center.

*Guest screening / Identification collection and rental agreement required for booking per City of Palm Springs ordinance no. 2075 section (H) governing short-term rentals.
