While Eagle Bluff Estate offers plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, please note that there are no on-site ATV or snowmobile trails. Guests are welcome to explore nearby public trails and approved roads for these activities, but the surrounding private properties do not allow access. Strict Rules – Immediate Eviction & $500 Fine per Violation
The following actions will result in termination of your stay without refund and a $500 surcharge per violation:
1. Tampering with or disabling any security devices (one camera is located near the driveway).
2. Violating quiet hours.
3. Exceeding the approved maximum guest count.
4. Hosting an unapproved party or event.
5. Possessing illegal substances or allowing underage drinking.

Additional House Rules
• Fire Pit Safety: Fires must remain fully contained within the fire pit. No large bonfires and no fires during windy conditions. Please clean the fire pit area after use.
• No Fireworks are permitted anywhere on the property.
• Check-In: Early check-ins require prior approval. If needed, luggage may be stored in the screened-in porch until your check-in time.
• Grill Use: Please clean the gas or charcoal grill after each use.
• Rental Agreement: Guests must sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement before arrival. All rules in the agreement, as well as those listed here, must be followed.
• Noise Monitors: Devices are placed in and around the property, set at high thresholds so regular activity won’t trigger them. They are solely to ensure a respectful environment for our neighbors.
