Island Oasis-Waterfront w/Dock, Kayaks & SUP Board

Island Oasis is located on Fox Island just outside of Gig Harbor. We are on a quiet driveway with views of the Puget Sound. Come enjoy 90ft of waterfront to paddle board, kayak, fish, and boating. Our deck is a perfect place to hang out with family and friends enjoying the views and cooking up some food on the BBQ. We regularly have deer, birds, and seals out every day.
The space
Our townhome has two units. Guests have access to the entire main level of the unit A, which contains the bedrooms (2), bathrooms (2), kitchen, dining room, living room, and deck looking over the water.

We have a trail that leads to our waterfront and dock. Here you will find kayaks and paddle boards.
Guest access
Guests also have access to the laundry room on the lower level.

Guests can also walk down the path with a moderate decline/incline to the waterfront and dock which is where the kayaks are located. Please note that the dock does NOT contain a ladder. There are steps down to the beach that can get very slippery as they are submerged in water during higher tides. Use of the waterfront (incl. the dock and kayaks) is at your own risk.
Other things to note
The path down to the waterfront is about a 200 ft. It is a moderately difficult hike up and down the hill, especially if you are carrying something heavy. We do NOT recommend carrying your own kayaks up and down the hill unless you are very strong and able-bodied.
