There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $100 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is no fenced yard at this home however the community has an enclosed dog run and the neighborhood is perfect for walking!

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

Family Time in Kansas

We were in Shawnee, KS, visiting family. This location was great for seeing our grandkids activities as well as seeing some of the historic places in the Kansas City area. We love breakfast at McClains! It is our second stay here. We definitely recommend this VRBO.

Family Time in Kansas

This was an excellent location for our visit to Shawnee, Kansas. The online description was spot on and the home was very comfortable. We enjoyed the various restaurants and cafes nearby as well as some of the sites around the Kansas City area.

Cute Spot, Overall a Good Choice

The location, parking, and apartment itself were all very nice. We were able to walk to some restaurants, easy access to highways, and pretty surroundings. Overall I think everything was as expected, but it lacked comforts that you would expect if you spent more time here. The beds are quite uncomfortable, there are not enough towels, and they could use some lamps and a rug in the living room. Small things all in all, but it felt very obvious no one lives here in these details.

Easy and Excellent

The property is well appointed with everything you need. It's also spacious and beautifully decorated. The unit was well managed. Instructions were clear and correct. The location is great - by historic downtown and also right by the freeway and Shawnee Mission Parkway - so easy to get everywhere. Parking was easy too. You do have to get up 2 flights of stairs with your luggage. I highly recommend this place!
