When you book, you have the property to yourself: if the Studio is reserved, guests enjoy full private use of that unit, backyard, and all amenities (the owner may use the House). If the House is reserved, guests enjoy full private use of the House, backyard, and all amenities (the owner may use the separate Studio). In every case, your privacy and comfort are always our top priority.

Use the kayaks or the boat lift. Or, relax in the enormous swim spa and sip your favorite drink in the perfect Tiki hut of your dreams. Prepare to fall in love! Plenty of on-site entertainment for the whole crew. And, you can't beat this, it's nestled amongst golf courses and attractions galore!
