South Maui is open! Come unwind in this completely remodeled 1BD/1BA condo across from the Charley Young/ Kamaole I beaches. This soothing space will greet you with a gorgeous garden & partial ocean views. Bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, its own AC & a large closet. Open living room, with large screen TV & AC, is suited with a comfortable couch that also turns into a full-size sleeper sofa. Brand new bathroom! Cozy kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook & enjoy! Pool and all beach gear is included.

Hawaii holds a special place in the hearts of everyone. We are deeply saddened by the devastating impacts to Maui, the local residents, and our visitors from the recent wildfires in Lahaina.

Maui welcomes visitors and by coming to the island you can play a crucial part in helping to keep Maui's local businesses, families and economy afloat during this recovery time.

Located in South Kihei, which is ideal for families and couples who dislike rain, love beautiful sandy beaches which are excellent for swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, sunset watching, and enjoyable relaxed condo living! One of the best family friendly beaches on the island is just across the street! Dining and surfing are all within a couple of blocks. Amazing scuba-diving trips and whale watching tours during the season leave from a small Kihei boat ramp nearby. If you would like to get dressed up for a night out, fashionable Wailea resorts are only minutes away.

Our family has just completed full renovation of this condo which is filled with new appliances and new custom furniture. This is our second home, and we would like to share it with you when we are not on the island.

We include COMPLIMENTARY ON-ISLAND GUEST SUPPORT which assists our guests with any concerns, issues or questions (electronic lock, Wi-Fi, cable TV, AC problems, etc.). Even if you just want to know where to reserve the best humpback-whale tour, snorkeling gear or where to get the best Poke Bowl or Shave Ice in South Maui, they can help!

The unit offers one bedroom (one queen bed), one full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, open living room and dining area, and an outdoor lanai. The living room also has a full-size sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. Stacked washer and dryer are available for guests' use.

The unit is designed for comfortable sleep of two-four people. Guests will appreciate air conditioning system in the main living area and in the bedroom with separate modules and controls. This condo is a rare find, providing guests with excellent, modern accommodation just steps away from the best beaches in Maui at very reasonable rates!

This is a third floor unit (588 sq. ft.) with garden and partial ocean views, which could be accessed via stairs or elevator. A luggage dolly available in the lobby on the first floor of the complex.

DETAILED UNIT FEATURES:
• The kitchen has been remodeled and contains new white quartz countertops and cabinets. High quality new stainless-steel appliances: dishwasher, electric stove with convection oven, refrigerator, microwave and stacked laundry center.
• The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware, dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and numerous small appliances (Keurig and regular coffee makers, electric hot water kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker). Kid's dishware is provided.
• The unit's dining area, comfortable couch and two flat screen Smart HD LG TVs provide guests with a place to rest and relax between other Maui activities.
• Bedroom features a queen bed, individual A/C unit, 50' flat screen TV, ceiling fan and plenty of shelve space.
• Smoke detector is installed in the unit for your safety.

• Unit is stocked with beach towels, two beach chairs, one beach umbrella, a hard case cooler with cooling elements, set of sand toys, two boogie boards and two swim kickboards
• Complimentary Hi Speed Wi-Fi Internet @ 175 Mbps and 190+ LG Streaming channels spanning 12 genres including FREE movies, TV shows, sports, news, comedies and more!
• Pac-n-play crib
• Complimentary starter kit: shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, trash bags
• Two luggage stands
• There is no daily housekeeping service. If you would like additional housekeeping services during your stay, they are available for a discounted fee and could be paid directly to the cleaning crew. Please let us know ahead of time to pre-schedule desired day(s). Please note that stays over two weeks will require house cleaning appointment.

DEVELOPMENT HIGHLIGHTS:

• The complex features a lovely heated pool with outside showers. The gated pool area includes lounge chairs and bathroom/shower facilities (open 8:30am - 10:00pm)
• The complex offers complimentary use of multiple tennis and pickleball courts •(first come, first serve basis, from 8 AM until dusk)
• Multiple gas barbecue grills are available for guest use
• For your safety, the complex is monitored by on-site security during specific hours. All guests must comply with the rules of this complex, intended to ensure the safety, security and enjoyment of all guests and residents of the development.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo, on the lanai, and in resort common areas

TRAVEL INSURANCE – After booking, always remember to consult your local insurance provider about the benefits of travel insurance. Please look into this as your first line of defense, as it limits losses for both parties. All major booking sites offer trip insurance, including "cancel for any reason" policies, that you can purchase at time of booking. Also, many credit cards offer some sort of travel reimbursement per terms of their program. Please check with your credit card company as well, should you chose not to protect your trip with the site you are booking this reservation on.

Guest access
Complete check-in instructions, including entrance door, pool and tennis court access, will be emailed to your VRBO account 3 days prior to arrival. We recommend that you print out your check-in instructions and bring them with you when you travel.
Guests will have full use of the condo during the booked stay.

Best Unit in Maui Vista
We've stayed in several units in Maui Vista condos, but this was by far the best! Away from the noise of the road and pools, beautiful view of West Maui and the lovely trees of the grounds, and best of all--with a cool breeze that smelled of Hawai'i! Clean and new furniture, bedding, and kitchen ware. Won't stay anywhere else from now on.

Perfect location and great hosts!
We loved staying at this property and would absolutely return! The location was ideal—five minute walk to the beach and centrally located on the island for access to all the must do activities. The condo was exactly as described and the hosts were very responsive. I definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing Stay at Maui Vista!
Calling this beautiful Maui Vista condo home for a few days was delightful. The beach was one of the most beautiful and swimable beaches we have enjoyed on Maui. The restaurants in the area were fantastic. We enjoyed every minute!

Great location! The Maui Vista complex is located in desirable South Kihei, across the street from beautiful Kamaole I & Charley Young beaches. Beach park facilities include a lifeguard station, bathrooms & outdoor shower facilities. The nearby Cove is renowned for it's gentle surf for beginners. Kayaks, stand-up paddle and surf boards can be rented there. Lessons are available.

To the south, a variety of white sandy beaches stretch all the way to Makena, along with dozens of restaurants within walking distance. To the north you will find more restaurants, as well as Kalama Park which offers volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, rollerblading, a walking path, and a playground for children.

Enjoy the world famous pleasures of Golf at Wailea, Makena and Ellier golf courses. Maui Ocean Center Aquarium is nearby.

Some favorite close-by dining options: Ami Ami Bar and Grill, Cafe O'Lei, Kamaole Poolside Cafe, Kitoko Maui, Coconut Fish Cafe, Moose McGillycuddy's, Cafe @ La Plage, Southshore Grindz, Maui Bread Company, Maui Tacos, Cinnamon Rolls, Maui Thai Bistro, 808 Deli, Kinaole Grill Food Truck, Wings Kings Maui, P&P Eats, Paia Fish Market South Side Restaurant, Cuatro Seafood Restaurant. For history buffs, according to Hawaiian legend, two cloud warriors once battled on the edges of Haleakala Volcano. After it ended, a truce was formed and resulted in a clear space of sky known as Alanui o Lani, or Highway to Heaven, which today is known as Kihei.
