Beautiful weekend at Puerto Penasco for two. The condo was perfectly situated for the pool and the beach. We loved easy access to the parking lot to hit Pollo Lucas and La Casa Del Capitan. One night we picked up fresh shrimp and sautéed them on the stove. Lots of time on the porch reading. We even caught the ASU Texas State game on the TV. Check in was easy. We’d love to stay again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!We had a wonderful stay at this elegant condo in Puerto Peñasco. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the pool was just steps from the room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the Wi-Fi was great.The location is very convenient—close to stores and restaurants. The host was incredibly helpful, especially with our last-minute booking, and made sure everything was comfortable for my elderly mother.We’re already planning to return for New Year’s

Overall Great I go to Rocky Point every year and stay at different locations depending on the size of our group. First time staying here but highly recommended. I only have 2 issues. The check in being after 4 and no "square shapped" coolers allowed in the pool srea. Other than that, it was a great place with great service.

Great location being on the first floor!

I’ve been staying at Las Palomas since phase 1 was first built. So close to 20 years. This unit is beautifully furnished and you are on the first floor so easy beach access. This unit is phase 2, which I enjoy a little more than phase 1. The only suggestion I would make, is you need to bring everything with you. I’ve stayed in dozens of these condos and most owners have at least some staples in the kitchen. Salt, pepper, some various cooking, spices, coffee filters, just things that if you enjoy going down there and cooking the fresh seafood, they have some basics. This unit had none. Not even coffee filters.

overall a great experience

so nice to just walk off your patio onto the pool area without needing to use the elevators. the mattress was comfortable! the only issues i saw was the 1/2 inch of dust on the fans and a very uncomfortable couch but overall we enjoyed our stay.

worst vacation ever

This place is for people that just want to relax, my family and I wanted to enjoy and have fun ,, the minute we got there we put music and we had to turn it off,, then we were playing in the pool with a ball and we were told we couldnt use the ball at the pool..my fam and I were the only guests at the pool.. next day we are just enjoying the night it was like 10:30pm and we were told we were making to much noise and we didnt even have the music on it was just the ocasional laugh here and there.. im so sorry but all i have to say are bad things about the place.. i would never recomend or ever there again.. maybe when im like 100 years old and dont want any noise..

We LOVED our time at this condo! Everything was perfect! The location of the condo was amazing. We loved not having to use the elevator and just walk right out to the pool. If you can justify spending a little bit more for a premium unit, in a great location, Cordoba 105 has the benefits of being a Phase II Ocean Front 1140 sq ft unit, with the convenience and comfort of a 1st floor location facing the Old Port, and a shaded patio in the afternoon.

● The Las Palomas Resort complex consists of two Phases and over 800 individually owned condominiums, with a variety of different floor plans, finishes, and decorations.

● Both Phases have a number of different pools, including a lazy river and swim up bar & grille. Phase I features a water slide, the fitness center , convenience store, and La Maria restaurant, which is open for dinner only. Phase II features a Kid's Club, Five Senses Spa, the sales desk, convention center, and the main lobby restaurant, Citron, which is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, as well as a wonderful Sunday Brunch. Owners and guests have access to all of the amenities in both Phases, regardless which Phase they stay in.

● In choosing a 1 bedroom condominium, there are several options to consider, with a variation in rates, based on size and location. In Phase I, there are two floor plans, 900 sq ft, or 740 sq ft (Rubi Building only). In Phase II, the units are 1140 sq ft, with higher ceilings and more modern contemporary finishes. West facing units will have afternoon sun, whereas East facing units will have morning sun and shaded patios in the afternoon.

● Phase I has five 12 story buildings:
Building A - Diamante Ocean Front, facing West
Building B - Topaz Ocean View, facing West
Building C - Rubi Ocean View, facing South
Building D - Opalo Ocean View, facing East
Building E - Cristal Ocean Front, facing East
