Hidden Dunes is a beach front resort that offers 3 swimming pools, a world class tennis facility with clay courts that is ranked among the "Top 50 Tennis Resorts in the USA" (court fees apply), 3 pickleball courts (court fees apply), a catch-and-release fishing lake, scenic walking trails, lighted basketball courts, horseshoes, a complimentary fitness center, covered parking, and onsite security at the resort’s gated entrance. Grills available near the parking garage. Hidden Dunes is less than three minutes away from outlet and retail shopping, fine restaurants, and grocery stores. There are several challenging golf courses, a water park, and entertainment within a short driving distance. Incredible view

We really enjoyed our stay. The view and location were spectacular! It is a very nice property with ample, free, underground parking. The staff were very pleasant and the property is well maintained. Myrna was a joy to work with and offered great advice on places to eat and buy seafood. The photos are an accurate representation of the unit A little more care could be taken in cleaning. Overall, a wonderful vacation

You need to stay here!

This is a very nice condo! My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony and the master bedroom is amazing. The check-in process was very easy, just a simple door code via email. The owners are very nice and maintained great communication the entire time. This was a 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you very much!

Fall break vacay!

We loved our stay at Hidden Dunes! The property was well maintained, all the guests were very friendly, and the condo and view were beautiful . The only negative we want to relay to the owner is that the floors in the condo were quite dirty . Our feet and socks were black walking thru the unit. I suggest letting the cleaning service know they need to mop the floors much better . Other than that we will most likely book the same condo again !!

Don't rent from Hidden Dunes

Property was dirty -- property management company came 24 hours into stay and did some cleaning, after refusing to move us to another unit. But the place was so dirty and the furniture was so old, that their cleaning did not make much of a difference. We never used the kitchen - appliances were too rusty. Do not rent from this company. They take little responsibility for what they rent -- and you are at the mercy of individual owners who aren't necessariy going to be forthcoming.

Hello I am the property manager that attempted to call you four times. You hung up on me three times. We never have issues with this unit. Upon receiving your complaint, I immediately dispatched a cleaner and an inspector to the unit. The unit was pre-walked one hour prior to your arrival,and was cleaned the same day that you arrived. We found no issues with the unit, but we did attempt to resolve your complaints. With regards to further communication, when your demands became threats none of my team was allowed to speak with you again. We too, will be giving you a one star review, and will be unable to rent to you again in the future.. This unit is incredible with a view that is unmatched. We receive positive reviews every time that it rents. Thank you.

Can't beat the views

Overall the best thing about this condo was the views. If we weren't at the beach, we were on the balcony. Beach and views are phenomenal!! The pros were a gated community, underground parking, quick elevators, clean pool area, gated beach access, amazing ice maker, kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a meal, quick response from management company when we had a question or concern, and lots of stores and restaurants close by. The cons were very outdated furniture (dirty sofa we never sat on), no extra bags for trash (we shouldn't have to stock up on our own), extremely loud fans in the bathroom that you can't turn off, no kleenex, all the rugs in the condo were dirty and cushions for outdoor loungers were so gross they need to be thrown out. The biggest 'downer' was no beach chair service. The guys on the beach said we were some of the only people paying for that, most owners provide that service. For the price we paid that should've been included. We had to have the cleaning staff come out to clean the floors, they were very dirty, our socks and feet were black within an hour. They showed up within a reasonable time to mop them. Some things the owners should consider doing in the future are putting up black-out shades in front bedroom, stocking up on games or provide a deck of cards, putting pens and a notepad in kitchen drawers (nothing to write on), steam clean or replace all living room furniture and rugs inside unit.

That view tho!

Just got home from our 7 day stay at this property in Miramar Beach. Everything was as advertised. Just one or two minor things that I’ll mention in a minute but that didn’t hold me back from giving 5 stars across the board. The unit is clean which is what you expect/demand. No problems there. The furniture is basic but comfortable. The King bed in the primary bedroom was fine. The guest room has 2 twins but one of them is incredibly squeaky so whoever sleeps on it must be someone who does not move around in their sleep much or else it will disturb anyone else in the room. The view from the primary bedroom and the balcony are amazing and make this absolutely worth it. I also love how you just step into the elevator and in 1-2 mins tops you’re in the pool/jacuzzi. 2-3 mins more and you’re in the sea. Love that. The only things I didn’t love were that there was no hand soap (at all) in the primary restroom. And a very small hotel sample size bar of soap in the guest restroom. Would have been nice to have a hand soap to start with. In addition to that, the starter toilet paper is of the cheapest quality. Really bottom of the barrel stuff. Another thing that was a bummer was that the TV in the living room stopped working on day 3 of our 7 night stay. I informed management who in turn sent someone to troubleshoot. Once it was clear that the TV was not working, they reached out to the unit owner. I checked in every day asking for an update and was told that unfortunately the owner had not responded. So we had no use of the front room TV for over half of the stay. And with 4 of us, we wanted to watch Netflix together at night but couldn’t. It made me wonder what else the owner might simply not respond over as well. We still enjoyed our stay and would probably stay in the same unit again in the future.

Great Family Stay with Beautiful Views

We loved the location and the property itself. The view from our balcony was gorgeous. The balcony is large enough that we ate breakfast out there every morning. The beach service is well worth the extra money for those of us who aren't sun worshippers but still love being on the beach. Beautifully clear, shallow water that all ages can enjoy. No issues getting parking or elevators (contrary to prior reviewer's experience). The unit was exactly as described. Only two tiny issues: the 2nd bedroom's bathroom fan is really loud and the plugs in both bathrooms did not seem to work. Otherwise, the stay was flawless! Highly recommended!

Amazing get away

My wife and I, have rented units in Destin, and most often in Sandestin. I was concerned we would not enjoy it as much. I was so wrong!! The unit was spacious, clean, comfortable with super amazing views. Host was super attentive as was the rental/managing company. If I could do 6-7 stars, I certainly would!!

There was good and bad

The condo looks exactly like the photos and very clean. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. View of the beach on the balcony was great. Checking in during a major rainfall was NOT great. We didn't know that the only way into the building was through the parking garage; which we were instructed that we couldn't park in. Needless to say my husband and I became totally drenched trying to find out where to go. The weather was not good beach weather. Tornado warnings, high winds, and rain 4 days out 7. The TV in the living room proved challenging to get the sound to work. Suggest the owner have the cable company fix the set-up.

Beautiful Ocean views

Beautiful stay. We definitely would stay again. The only things I’d recommend would be mattresses could be upgraded. If there could be some windex or general spray cleaner to be available for use of renters would be nice. It was beautiful the views and beach are wonderful. Chair service was outstanding! Those guys work so hard. Thanks for everything!

The communication for this property was absolutely awesome!! Great location and right on the beach!

Great location, and great access to the beach! Roomy and very clean. Great location and near so many restaurants and great shopping if that is your thing!

Meets all needs.

This house is fully stocked. Has everything you would need. Beautiful views and beautifully decorated. Good mattresses!!! Would stay here again. Grounds are beautiful as well.

Quick birthday trip

A1203 was nicely furnished and had amazing views of the gulf. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. It was a pleasant quick trip to the beach for my husband's birthday.

Great location

Check in/out process was very easy. Any questions were responded to quickly from management. Parking is the only negative but we didn't have any problem during this time of year. Since the condo is right off the elevator, the access was very easy. The location is great and easy to get to restaurants and shopping.

I absolutely love the beach! My mission was to find a spot on the sand we could call home one day. We have visited many beautiful beaches, but none compared to the soft powdery sand of the Emerald Coast! We are so excited to share this beautiful experience with others!

We enjoyed the area so much that we chose to have a second home there so we could relive the same family experience each year! We LOVE the beautiful ocean views from the condo.
