Villa Romana is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in St. Jean within minutes of the beach, restaurants and shopping. This hillside villa has breathtaking vistas of the bay. The air-conditioned living room has comfortable white sofas and chairs, and a wall of windows to take advantage of the view. A long breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests separates the well-equipped kitchen from the living room. The dining room opens to the pool and deck. All bedrooms offer air-conditioning and private bathrooms complete with showers. Three bedrooms have king-size bed, while one bedroom has a queen-size bed. An expansive deck surrounds a large infinity pool, and is an ideal place to sunbathe or relax in the shade under the portico. The house also has WiFi, a gas grill, an outdoor shower and U.S. satellite TV. Villa Romana comes with complimentary continental breakfast (during the Christmas/NY holiday period only) and house cleaning services daily. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 12 and older, but does not allow pets.
