Villa Gearon is a 3-bedroom villa located in Petite Saline within a 5-minute drive from the beach, shopping and restaurants. Situated high in the hills, Villa Gearon enjoys spectacular panoramic views. The villa is designed in a traditional West Indies style, arranged in bungalows with an emphasis on outdoor living. From the entrance, the eye is immediately drawn across the terrace and infinity pool before being flung over the horizon on to endless ocean views. As you walk in, the living area and kitchen are on either side, with the living room to the left and kitchen to the right, each in their respective bungalows. The living room with its vaulted ceiling, comfortable furnishings, and an entertainment center can be enclosed and air-conditioned or kept open to the breeze and view. The well-equipped kitchen can also be kept open or screened in as you wish. Steps away, there is a large outdoor dining table that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The bedrooms are all separate from another and each evoke the West Indies style. Two of the bedrooms are on the main level, while a third is found on the lower level. Of the main level bedrooms, one has a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, while the other bedroom has a king-size bed that can be converted to twins, with an ensuite bathroom with shower only. A flight of stairs descends to the third bedroom, which has a European king-size bed, a small private terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A wooden deckwith ample seating areas in both the sun and shade frames the heated infinity swimming pool, which opens to the panoramic view. This villa also comes with beach chairs and an umbrella, a cooler, U.S. satellite TV, and WiFi. Each room can also be screened in. Villa Gearon comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
