Summary:

BookSmart Properties presents: Lighthouse Cottage! FREE POOL Heat in Spring and Fall! Our home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. With Smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, pool (heated in April/May, and Sept/Oct) hot tub, board games-- you can stay on site and have a great time! Or, plan a day enjoying the many Currituck Club amenities including: tennis, dining, golf, and other activities. With beach access just down the street, this house is ready for a perfect Outer Banks getaway!

First floor:

- Living area w/ Smart TV

- Fully stocked kitchen w/ crock pot, stock pot, garbage disposal

- Additional living space w/ sofa bed that can be used as 4th bedroom

Second floor:

- Master king bedroom w/ ensuite full bathroom & jacuzzi tub

- Second king bedroom

- Bunk bedroom w/ twin bed over full, and trundle twin

- Full bath #2



Outside:

- Private pool (heated for free in April/May, and Sept./Oct.)

- Hot tub

- Gas grill

- Outdoor shower



Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open April 1st and close the second week of November**



**Pool heating is available by advance request at $75 per night or $500 per week; if requested, it must be applied for the full duration of your stay and cannot be added for partial dates**

- 2-minute drive to Low Tide Bar and Grill

- 5-minute drive to Harris Teeter



Getting Around:

You'll be staying in the gated Currituck Club Community. The Currituck Club is a golf cart friendly community, check out OBX Beach Toy Rentals if interested. There are dedicated golf cart parking spaces near the beach entrance which you can drive or walk to from the home.



The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your transportation!



Other Things to Note:

The Currituck Club offers a wide range of amenities that are available to our guests, including a fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and more. Whether you're looking to stay active or simply relax and unwind, there's something for everyone at the Currituck Club.



The beach access is just across the street and open year round. Or, April-October, you can drive and park on this beach!



Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
