Outdoor features a large boat/swimming dock, two decks with lounge seating and fire table, and Solo Stove fire pit area. The upper deck is set up for outdoor entertaining and family gatherings, with a large deep sectional seating area, huge family dining table and chairs, Weber gas grill, and a new large electric retractable sunsetter awning. The waterside deck is about relaxation, featuring adirondack chairs and waterside dining set. The fire pit area is equipped with overhead accent lights, a Yukon SoloStove for "smoke-free" enjoyment, and adirondack chairs.
One of the best features of the property is the gradual depth SANDY BOTTOM swimming area. A great place for families of all ages to fully enjoy the lake experience.
The BRAND NEW 50' + dock at Bully's Outlook is allows for convenient boarding with all the other benefits of direct waterfront property. We also include some standup paddleboards and kayaks. **Must sign waiver to use.
The interior is newly remodeled & updated with modern features but preserves lakehouse charm. Updates include two massive four-panel sliding doors overlooking the water, new appliances, HVAC, furniture, window treatments, blackout blinds in all bedrooms, high-speed mesh WiFi, Amazon TV's, Video ARCADE GAMES, plenty of board games / inside activities & much more.
The upper level boasts a large "great room" equipped with zoned HVAC, Sonos speaker, a wood-burning stove, brand new sofas, a large dining table, a fully stocked kitchen, large TV (for streaming), two guest rooms, bathroom, laundry and sunroom with an elevated card / dining table.
The ground level offers an additional living room with a large sectional couch, large TV, 1x guest room with a queen bed, family room with queen bed quad bunk beds (twins) and private bathroom.
The third floor is a master bedroom suite with king bed, large walk in "closet" (perfect room for young children, pack n play, inflatable twin), private bathroom with shower and soaking tub.
The dock is directly on property and is over 6' wide x 60' long. Docks are removed seasonally due to lake freezing/water levels. Generally out from 10/1 - 5/31.

Exterior cameras are on property; they record both video and sound.
If guests plan on using indoor fireplace or stove, they must reach out to the host to ensure proper use.
The number of overnight guests is limited to the amount requested when booked.
No pets are allowed without approval. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
Absolutely no events or parties are allowed on the property.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. The primary renter must be present at all times. Reach out for discounts for off-season rentals.
Guests need to follow all house rules and town laws. Please request if you have any questions or concerns.
