The real cedar plank walls and pine paneled ceiling with beams as well as the wood burning rock fireplace set the tone for a true cabin experience. Cozy up on the plush L shaped couch which converts to a Queen Sofa Bed or reclining chair and enjoy a warm fire together while watching your favorite movie on the Sharp Roku Flatscreen TV.

Just off of the living area is the kitchen and dining room where you will find a dining table with seating for 6 and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need to cook up a delicious meal for your group, including a rice cooker, popcorn maker, coffee french press as well as a regular coffee maker and gas oven/range. Enjoy plenty of counter space to prepare food including a butcher block top rolling cart/island. The back door off the kitchen leads to the back deck and yard area where you will be greeted with natural landscaping and towering pine trees.  There is a propane BBQ and outdoor dining table on the back deck, the perfect place for grilling and enjoying a summer meal outside.

Just off of the living room on the main level is a stacked washer and dryer to use during your stay for your convenience, as well as a full bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower combo.

Make your way upstairs where you will find a ½ bathroom located in between both spacious and private bedrooms. Both bedrooms have tall vaulted ceilings and remote control ceiling fans to keep you cool on warm summer nights. Enjoy the solid wood log bed frames and bedroom furniture as well as cozy linens and your own closets to store your belongings during your stay. Bedroom 1 offers a Queen size bed while Bedroom 2 has a Queen and Full size beds!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
