The apartment, small but with all the amenities, is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the capital. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet, full of old trees and beautiful mansions. Because it is an embassy area, it is also very safe for day and night walks.
Important: The space is on a 1st floor by staircase. The building does not have a lift

It has a small shopping centre 300 metres away with a wide variety of bars, ice cream parlours and restaurants around Plaza Castelli, where the Mitre train station is also located, which allows you to reach downtown and the Retiro area in 15 minutes and the forests of Palermo and the mythical Rosedal in 6 minutes.
