This gorgeous home boasts 5 expansive Bedrooms, sleeps 11, PRIVATE POOL, POOL HEAT option not available last week of March through Thanksgiving *weather dependent, HOT TUB with outdoor TV, and the largest GAME ROOM you've ever seen. Located in The Currituck Club. If you are looking for a beach rental with all the finishes, this is the one. All brand new furniture, furnishings, amenities galore, luxurious sheets and towels included.

Flex stays available in off season - check in any day, 3 night minimum.

Golf Cart Rental Available $65 a night or $450 per week.

2nd level Keyless Entry: Enter into the beautiful foyer

- King master bedroom with ensuite bathroom stand up shower and jetted tub with slider door access to deck

- Open floor plan living room, additional seating area, large sectional sofa, Smart TV
- Dining Area
- Full kitchen with bar seating, windows surrounding, sliders to front and back deck
- Access to 3rd level deck with gas grill and seating to hang out and watch the sunset

Outdoors:
- Gated pool deck with private pool and lounge seating, LED lights to light up the pool at night
- New large hot tub with outdoor TV overhead
- Seating for all upon several decks, including chairs, rocking chairs and table seating,
- Outdoor Shower.

Parking:
There are five parking spaces for guests. No on street parking. No campers, trailers, boats, or other recreational vehicles may be parked in the community.
Golf carts are allowed!

Community Amenities: The Currituck Club provides - No Cost Use of the Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Playground, Basketball Courts, Volleyball, equipment for use at the sports complex, 3 community Swimming Pools (seasonal)- 1 located at the main entrance with snack/drink bar, 1 located at the south end, and 1 located at the north end, Planned Community Activities (seasonal), a Shuttle service (seasonal) that will pick you and your gear up and drop you off at the end of the day, or rent a golf cart and travel to the beach and pools, grocery store, restaurants, bars, ice cream and more.

Private community pools, weather permitting, open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
