Quiet and comfortable 3-bedroom villa a few meters from a sandy beach. Playacar is an exclusive tourist complex, very safe and quiet, with a golf course, aviary, restaurants, convenience stores, access to the beach, a small archaeological zone and a beautiful natural environment.
A 10-minute walk from Fifth Avenue in the center of Playa del Carmen, full of shops, restaurants and vibrant nightlife.
5 minutes from parks like Xcaret, Xplor and easy exit to the Riviera.
55 minutes from Cancun

Low level:
living room, kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bathroom and laundry room

Level 2:
Two bedrooms with two single beds each (one of them with TV), and a shared bathroom.

Level 3:
Master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom and terrace.

The house is exclusive for you. There is a common pool that you can use and it is shared with other houses in the condominium. Usually no one uses it and it is very quiet.
Next to the pool there is a barbecue that we are not allowed to use, but we have our own barbecue in the house.

The ferry pier for Cozumel is only 1 kilometer away (approximately 12 minutes walking)

Keys: You will have 2 set of keys in the keybox. Our advice is to use one and leave the other inside the keybox as a spare.
Lost keys has a $25 usd fee.
